Penthouse Condo Renovation
A dated 1970’s interior provided plenty of funk, but not the type that should be preserved. A page cut from a magazine inspired a total kitchen rehab and renovation throughout. A cost-effective approach yielded creative solutions that capitalized on the latent potential of existing spaces.
